What this notice covers
This notice explains what CIDA Egypt collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask of us. It applies to every page and locale of this site.
What we collect, and why
If you write to us through Contact, we hold your name, email address and message for as long as it takes to answer you, and afterwards only where a record is needed for follow-up. If you submit an application through Apply, we hold the details of that application — and any supporting evidence you provide — for the accreditation process itself and for the audit trail a published credential depends on. If we issue you a portal account, we hold your email and only the specific records you have been explicitly granted access to; nothing is visible to you that has not been granted, and nothing about your account is visible to anyone without one.
Cookies and measurement tools load only after you choose to allow them in the preference banner, and only the categories you accept — open "Measurement preferences" in the footer at any time to review or change that choice.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share application or enquiry content outside CIDA Egypt except where the law requires it. A credential's public verification page shows only what verification itself requires — the holder's name, the standard met, and its validity — never contact details, application content, or anything beyond what accreditation is meant to make public.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for the accreditation record. These requests are answered personally, not by an automated system.
Contact
Use the Contact page for a privacy request, a correction, or a question about this notice.
Every credential, publicly verifiable
